One of the Mixed Nuts “alter egos” is a 1970s Dance party band called SUPAFLY!
While SUPAFLY usually performs every Christmas at Rock N Bowl for “Disco Night”, we are bringing them back to Rock N Bowl in Summer 2023 for a one-night only show at Mid-City Lanes!
Get ready for a night of NOTHING but disco and dance classics from the 1970s as SUPAFLY serves up a full dose of funky music! Don’t miss “BOWL TRAIN” – our disco pre-show with some of the most amazing 70s videos out there, as well as the COSTUME CONTEST!
