Since 2001 we have played roughly 150 dates a year for companies that don’t gamble on entertainment — Apple, who have booked us four times, along with Boeing, Coca-Cola, IBM, Mercedes-Benz, Cisco, HP, Lockheed Martin, Siemens and Shell. We performed at the Super Bowl Experience inside the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center for both Super Bowl XLVII and Super Bowl LIX.
We are headquartered in New Orleans, and we work everywhere: the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Brooklyn Bowl in New York and Las Vegas, the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, Steelhouse Omaha, the JW Marriott in Dubai, plus London and Barcelona.
For a planner that geography means one thing. Travel isn’t an exception for us — it’s the routine. We know how to load into an unfamiliar room, work with a production team we met that morning, and hit downbeat on time. Nine pieces, every time — award-winning female vocalists, a full horn section and over 100 songs a night. The same complete show in a ballroom of two hundred or an arena of ten thousand.
The Stages We’ve Shared
Over two and a half decades we have shared bills with Journey, The Doobie Brothers, Cyndi Lauper, Katy Perry, Train, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and Flo Rida, and our players’ credits include multiple Grammy-nominated projects.
That matters at a corporate event for a specific reason: a band that can hold a stage next to a headliner can hold a ballroom of two thousand executives. The musicianship is never the variable.
We play conferences and conventions, corporate galas and award nights, incentive trips, client appreciation events, holiday parties, product launches and brand activations. A sales kickoff in a hotel ballroom isn’t an incentive trip in Cabo, and neither is a black-tie gala — so we build the show around the room.

What Planners Ask Us
How big is the band?
Nine pieces, every time. Award-winning female vocalists and a full horn section. We don’t send a smaller version of the band to smaller rooms — you get the complete show at every event. If you also want a jazz trio for cocktail hour or a smaller ensemble elsewhere in your programme, we book that separately through WCA Entertainment’s approved vendor network — still one point of contact, still one invoice.
Do you travel?
Constantly. Cleveland, New York, Las Vegas, Omaha, Philadelphia, Orlando, Biloxi, London, Dubai and Barcelona. Travel, lodging and logistics are quoted up front — no line items appearing later.
Can you handle sound and lighting?
Yes, through WCA Entertainment. If your venue or production company is already handling it, we integrate with them and provide our rider well in advance.
Can you emcee the awards portion?
Yes. Introductions, awards, toasts and run of show, so your team isn’t managing a microphone on top of everything else.
Can you play our company’s music, or custom content?
Talk to us. We have built custom arrangements, walk-on music and branded moments for corporate clients before.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. We hold roughly 150 dates a year, and the fourth quarter — holiday party season — is claimed first.

Our fans speak out!
Our annual meeting is usually held in the states, but we met during 2024 in Dubai at The JW Marriott Marquee. We’ve had The Nuts for the past 10 years, so it was a no brainer to bring them with us. Here’s the thing though – we didn’t have to do a thing! They coordinated their entire trip on their own, shipped over their gear and were ready to rock the house, no questions asked. We are forever grateful for their professionalism.

From day one working with them was amazing! chuck is extremely knowledgeable and friendly; if everyone in music was like him it’d be a better market! The music was phenomenal, they tend to play medley style which I LOVED bc the music literally didn’t stop!! Book them you won’t regret it! my reception was wonderful thanks to them!

The BEST night ever! There’s no need to try and sugar coat it either: the Mixed Nuts showed up to have fun and that’s just what we did! From every single song choice to performance, our guests never left the dance floor.. even for our private dance. We always wanted more! The band was so easy to work with and provided the funnest time for my husband, myself and our guests. Every wedding deserves to have this band! Thanks for also letting me join y’all for our one hit wonder moment “What’s Up?” It was a moment I’ll never forget.
